Wijzelf vieren het het liefst met familie en/of vrienden. Geen ingewikkelde menu's voor het eten, want we willen zoveel mogelijk tijd hebben om bordspellen te spelen en om de slappe lach te krijgen. Kerst is voor ons een tijd van gezellig samen zijn.

We prefer to celebrate it with family and/or friends. No complicated menus for eating, because we want to have as much time as possible to play board games and to get a good laugh. For us, Christmas is a time of socializing.

Dag 14 van de ADVENTuresome wrap is gisteren nog afgekomen. Ik lig nu 1 dag achter maar hoop dat wel nog in te halen voor het kerst is. Hij wordt inmiddels te groot om nog goed op de foto te krijgen.

your shawl is growing and growing and is beautiful. We stay home for the holidays but I have wondered what it would be like to go someplace really pretty for the holidays but then I think of all those people who have to work to serve people when you travel and think they need the day off too!!
We will be with family for the holidays, and do some scrabble and Catan. We'll have a nice breakfast, and througout the days lovely tidbits, not a real dinner, but more than enough food. And the dog will get a long stroll, so hopefully we'll have a light Xmas this year.

Sinds er hier een kleinzoon is loopt het ook allemaal wat anders. Liefst ga ik voor traditioneel met mooie gerechten. Maar met kleinzoon is het handiger bij dochter thuis qourmetten. Kan hij gewoon naar zijn bed als de tijd er is.....
