Big surprise

Wat een grote verrassing twee dagen geleden. Dit garen van Dot and Rocket shop was 13 november gepost, maar kwam nooit aan (tot vandaag). De verkoopster uit Engeland had al netjes het geld terug gestort. Ik heb haar meteen een bericht gestuurd toen ik het ontving en het bedrag weer terug betaald. Zo blij dat het toch nog aangekomen is. De grote streng is zelfstrepend met de naam Vintage Christmas. De 25 mini strengen zijn echt mooi en de candy cane stitchmarker is enig.

Such a big surprise two days ago. This yarn was posted November 13 but it never arrived (till today). Dot and rocket shopfrom the UK  refunded me the money in December. I contacted her when I got the package to say that I can pay the money back to her, because it arrived. I'm so happy that it did find his way. The large skein is selfstriping with the name Vintage Christmas. The 25 mini skeins are so beautiful and I love the candy cane stitchmarker.

En er was nog meer garen. De 12 kleuren bundel van Atelier Sopra voor de Coral Coast wrap van Ambah O'Brien was ook binnen. Toen ik deze zag wist ik meteen dat ik hiermee dat patroon wilde breien. Ze zijn echt schitterend. De lila mini streng die ik extra kreeg gebruik ik, samen met de ijsblauwe streng van het vorige bericht, voor een paar sokken.

And there was more yarn. I received the 12 colors bundle from Atelier Sopra which I want to use for the Coral Coast wrap from Ambah O'Brien. When I saw these colors I knew I wanted them for this wrap. They are so beautiful. The lilac mini skein that was extra, I'm going to use that  together with the ice blue skein from previous post for a pair of socks.

De Snow Forest sokken van Kay Jones (Bakery Bears) gaan goed, het is zo'n leuk patroon om te breien Het garen is van Giddy Yarns, dat heb ik 2 of 3 jaar geleden eens besteld en nu vond ik dit perfect voor dit patroon. De bruine kleur is van Lang Yarns Jawoll.

 

The Snow Forest socks from Kay Jones (Bakery Bears) are going great. Such a nice pattern to knit. The yarn is from Giddy Yarns which I ordered 2 or 3 years ago and I found this perfect for this pattern. The brown color is from Lang Yarns Jawoll.

Verder ben ik ook begonnen aan de Adventuring wrap van Ambah O'Brien met het garen van de Beatrix Potter advent kalender 2020 van Het Wolbeest.

Verder is er nog het leuke nieuws dat dochter Lindy, haar Engelse vriend en onze kleindochter Lana die nu al maanden bij ons wonen, eindelijk een woning gevonden hebben. Ze krijgen de 18e de sleutel. Daarna nog wat klussen in het huis en dan hopen ze er half februari in te trekken. Net op het nippertje want rond 10 maart wordt hun 2e dochtertje geboren. 

Ik kan dan eindelijk aan de I Spy quilt beginnen voor mijn 3e kleindochter, want nu ze hier in huis wonen gaat dit niet. Ik wil tenslotte wel dat het een verrassing blijft hoe hij eruit komt te zien. Krijg ik hem niet op tijd af, dan geef ik hem ietsjes later.

There is also the nice news that daughter Lindy, her English friend and our granddaughter Lana, who have been living with us for months now, have finally found a home. They get the key on the 18th. Then they have to do some work in the house and then they hope to move in mid-February. Just in the nick of time because around March 10th their 2nd daughter is born.
After that I can finally start on the I Spy quilt for my 3rd granddaughter, because now that they live here in the house this is not possible. After all, I want it to remain a surprise how it will look. If I don't get it finished on time, I'll give it a little later.

Dance like no one's watching cowl

De laatste paar dagen heb ik niet veel anders gedaan dan de Amerikaanse zender CNN gevolgd, want wat zijn die verkiezingen dit jaar spannend. En tussendoor ben ik bezig geweest met nieuwe kopfoto's te maken die ik voor mijn blog en facebook ga gebruiken. Hierboven kun je de nieuwe kopfoto van November al zien en hieronder een sneak preview van wat komen gaat 😀

The last few days I have not done much other than following the American channel CNN, because these elections are so exciting this year. And in between I have been busy making new header photos that I will use for my blog and facebook. Above you can already see the new November header photo and below a sneak preview of what's to come 😀

Verder is ook de Dance like no one's watching col, een patroon van Stitchcreatelove af. Wat een geweldig patroon om te breien. De col is 1 herhaling korter omdat mijn garen op was, maar hij is lang genoeg 😍. Het garen is alpaca/merino DK van Snailyarn, kleur Pearl.

Afgelopen maandag (2 november) was ik ook jarig. Ondanks de rare tijd waarin we nu leven ben ik toch schandalig verwend door de kinderen die me een tablet cadeau gaven. Het cadeau van mijn petekind mag ik pas open maken op 29 november (1e advent) dus dat blijft nog even een verrassing en van mijn zus kreeg ik nog een prachtige bos bloemen.

Last monday (November 2) was my birthday. Although it is a strange time right now, I got very spoiled by my kids. They bought me a tablet. My godchild gave me a present that I may open on November 29 (first advent), so that will stay a surprise for now. From my sister I got beautiful flowers.

Two weeks already

Vandaag is het alweer 2 weken dat mijn dochter Lindy met haar gezin terug kwam uit Engeland. Ook bowy moeten we al ruim 2 weken missen en we denken nog elke dag aan hem. Kleindochter Lana verzacht wel de pijn, want wat is het genieten met zo'n kleine muis in je huis.

Today it is already 2 weeks that my daughter Lindy came back from England with her family. We have also been missing Bowy for more than 2 weeks and we still think about him every day. Granddaughter Lana does ease the pain, because it is so enjoyable with such a small mouse in your house.

 

 

Ze begon net te kruipen voordat ze hierheen verhuisde en nu is niets meer veilig voor haar kleine handjes. Maar als deze oma haar vinger omhoog steekt dan blijft ze af waar ze niet aan mag komen.

She just started to crawl before moving here and now nothing is safe from her little hands anymore. But if this grandma raises her finger, she doesn't touch what she shouldn't touch.

De eerste week dat ze hier waren, was het echt warm en Lana kon zich uitstekend vermaken in de tuin.

The first week they were here, it was really hot and Lana had a great time in the garden.

Van haar papa en mama kreeg ze een nieuwe speeltje, want Lana vind het heerlijk om te springen en dat kan heel goed in deze springstoel met muziek. Onze huiskamer staat inmiddels behoorlijk vol hahaha

She got a new toy from her mom and dad, because Lana loves to jump and that is very well possible in this jumping chair with music. Our living room is now quite full hihihi

En dan op 25 augustus, haar eerste boterham en ze vond het nog heerlijk ook. Kijk toch eens dat lachje.

 

And then on August 25, her first sandwich and she loved it too. Just look at that smile.

 

En dan 2 dagen later, ... van al dat eten raak je behoorlijk moe. De eerste keer dat ze in haar eetstoel in slaap valt. 

And then 2 days later, ... all that food gets you pretty tired. The first time she falls asleep in her dining chair.

Behoorlijk wat baby praat in deze blog, maar het is echt elke dag weer genieten met zo'n baby van ruim 8 maanden in huis. Heb ik nog iets gebreid? Nee ! Nog iets geborduurd dan? Nee! Maar wel een  klein beetje met lapjes gespeeld.
Ik begon op de dag dat we afscheid namen van Bowy, gewoon iets simpels om mijn gedachten te verzetten. Die dag zocht ik lapjes uit voor heel de quilt en op de donderdag kon ik gaan knippen want toen kreeg ik de templates binnen van Patch and Stich. Zoals je kunt zien heb ik in 2 weken niet veel gedaan met alle drukte in huis, maar het is leuk om te doen en dat is het belangrijkste.

Quite a lot of baby talks in this blog, but it is really enjoyable every day with such a baby of more than 8 months in the house. Did I knit anything? No! Anything embroidered then? No! But played with fabric a little bit.
I started on the day we said goodbye to Bowy, just something simple to clear my mind. That day I picked out fabrics for the whole quilt and on Thursday I could start with cutting the pieces because then I received the templates from Patch and Stich. As you can see I haven't done much with all the hustle and bustle in the house in 2 weeks, but it's fun to do and that's the most important.

Nog even een laatste foto van heel de familie. 's Avonds verraste mijn zoon Niels (links op foto) om op bezoek te komen met zijn vrouw Irene (naast hem) en hun dochter Yara, want zij hadden Lana nog steeds niet gezien, aangezien Irene zwanger was in de tijd nadat Lana geboren was. Op de foto hebben ze hun kind even omgeruild. Irene houdt Lana vast en Lindy houdt voor het eerst haar nichtje Yara vast.

Just a last photo of the whole family. In the evening my son  Niels (left in photo) surprised Lindy to visit with his wife Irene (next to him) and their daughter Yara, because they still hadn't seen Lana, as Irene was pregnant when Lana was born. In the photo they have briefly switched their child. Irene holds Lana and Lindy first held her niece Yara.

Eindelijk mag het hoge woord eruit 😃
Ik ben al ruim 14 dagen zo druk met van alles hier in huis op orde te brengen, want mijn dochter komt met haar Engelse vriend en hun dochter Lana terug naar Nederland. Niet op vakantie, maar om er te gaan wonen.
Ze komen dan eventjes (geen idee voor hoelang) bij ons inwonen tot ze een eigen woning hebben gevonden. Het zal druk worden hier, maar ook SUPER gezellig. We kijken er heel erg naar uit. Nog een paar weken wachten en dan is het zover 😍 Lana is al druk bezig om alles in te pakken daar (onder toezicht van mama).

For more than 14 days I have been so busy arranging everything in the house, because my daughter is returning to the Netherlands with her English friend and their daughter Lana. Not on vacation, but to live there.
They then come to live with us for a while (we don't know for how long) until they have found their own home. It will be busy here, but also super cozy. We are very much looking forward to it. Only a few weeks to wait and then the time has come 😍 Lana is already busy packing everything there (under the supervision of mom).

Ik kan niets laten zien wat handwerk betreft, want ik heb amper iets gebreid en helemaal niets gequilt de afgelopen weken, omdat we dus zo druk bezig zijn in huis. Mijn hele quiltkamer die tjokvol staat moest leeg gehaald worden en op zolder weer opgebouwd worden, zodat ik daar vooruit kan. Op mijn quiltkamer kan dan dochter en vriend slapen voor de komende tijd en op onze kleinste kamer hebben we al een babykamer opgebouwd voor Lana. Er is nog van alles te doen de komende weken. Er zijn wel nog wat mooie garens binnen gekomen die ik jullie kan laten zien.

Mysterie set Zomer van Irish Fairytale Yarns kwam op 8 juli binnen. Dit is een seizoens abonnement dat 4x per jaar komt. De kleuren zijn geweldig 😍, ik vind de groene met het blauw geweldig.

I can't show anything when it comes to handicrafts, because I have barely knitted anything and quilted nothing in recent weeks, because we are so busy in the house. My entire quilting room, which was very full, had to be emptied and rebuilt in the attic so that I can work there when they get here. In my quilt room, daughter and friend can sleep for the coming period and in our smallest room we have already built a baby room for Lana. There is still plenty to do in the coming weeks. The things I can show you are some yarns that arrived.

Mystery set Summer from Irish Fairytale Yarns came on July 8. This is a seasonal subscription that comes 4 times a year. The colors are so beautiful 😍, love those green with the blue.

Mijn juni streng van Piratenwolle kwam dezelfde dag binnen, dit is van mijn jaarabonnement. De kleur heet Summerbreeze.

Op 13 juli kwam het juni wolletje van de Warme Voeten club van Atelier Het Wolbeest. Thema dit jaar is Beatrix Potter. Erbij zat weer een mini streng, thee en iets van chocolade/caramel. Ook een stitchmarker van Chapel view crafts in de vorm van een stukje kaas. Deze maand is het Diederik Stadsmuis 😍.

On July 13 I received my June yarn from the Warme Voetenclub (warm feet club) from Atelier Het Wolbeest. Theme this year is Beatrix Potter. Also included is a mini skein, tea, caramel and a cheese stitchmarker from Chapel view crafts. This month it is Johnny Townmouse 😍.

Vandaag wordt bij Michiel ook een ERCP uitgevoerd in Endhoven. Dit omdat hij vorige week woensdag met de ambulance naar het ziekenhuis in Weert werd vervoerd vanwege een galsteenaanval. Op vrijdag mocht hij naar huis omdat de klachten minder waren, maar zijn galblaas moet eruit omdat er meerdere galstenen zitten.

Doordat 1 steentje op en neer zit te stuiteren in de grote doorgang en daardoor de operatie niet kan plaats vinden (ze kunnen dan niets afklemmen), moet dit vandaag via de ERCP met een roesje eerst verwijderd worden. Hij mag dan morgen naar huis. Vrijdag mag hij dan op controle in Weert waar ze hem meteen gaan inplannen voor de volgende operatie, het verwijderen van de galblaas. Die ze dan binnen een paar dagen hopen te doen. 

Gelukkig hoeven er geen zware dingen meer verplaatst te worden in huis, want na de operatie mag michiel een week of 6 niets zwaars tillen. Jullie begrijpen het al, ik hoef me zeker niet te vervelen.

Michiel is at the hospital in Eindhoven, he is having an ERCP today.  This is because he was transported by ambulance to the hospital in Weert last Wednesday because of a gallstone attack. He was allowed to go home on Friday because the complaints were less, but his gallbladder has to be removed because there are several gallstones.
Because 1 stone is bouncing up and down in the large passage and therefore the operation cannot take place (they cannot clamp anything), this must first be removed via the ERCP with a light anesthesia. He can go home tomorrow.
On Friday he has a check-up in Weert hospital where they will immediately schedule him for the next operation, the removal of the gallbladder. Which they hope to do within a few days.
Fortunately, heavy things no longer need to be moved around the house, because after the operation, Michael cannot lift anything heavy for about 6 weeks. You already understand, I am certainly not bored.

Second granddaughter is born

Eindelijk mag ik het zeggen, ... afgelopen zaterdag is onze 2e kleindochter geboren. Haar naam is Yara en als je naar de foto kijkt, dan kun je wel zien dat haar vader (mijn zoon) gek is op alles wat met Star Wars te maken heeft.

Finally I can say it, ... last Saturday, May 30, my second granddaughter was born. Her name is Yara and if you look at the picture, then you can see that her father (my son) is crazy about everything that has to do with Star Wars.

 

Gisteravond heb ik haar kunnen knuffelen en ook heb ik de I-Spy quilt gegeven die ze geweldig vonden. De foto's volgen nog.

Last night I was able to hug her and also gave the I-Spy quilt they loved. The photos will follow.

Bits and Bobs cowl

Mocht het de komende weken nog flink gaan vriezen, dan heb ik wel een warme nek met deze gebreide col.

If it starts to freeze considerably in the coming weeks, then I do have a warm neck with this knitted cowl.

Het patroon heet de Bits and Bobs cowl en is van Kay F. Jones van de Bakery Bears. Het is te vinden op Ravelry (klik). Je breid het met een dubbele draad. Ik gebruikte een sokkenlap die ik nog in mijn voorraad had liggen en als tweede draad nam ik alpaca silk. Hierboven onder de foto vind je alle informatie.

The pattern is called the Bits and Bobs cowl and it is from Kay F. Jones from the Bakery Bears. You can find it on Ravelry (click). You knit it with two strands of yarns. I used a sock blank that I still had in my stash and as a second yarn I used alpaca silk. Below the above photo you will find all the information.

De sjaal is gebreid op naald 4  en hij is 35 x 31 cm. Het lijkt alsof het de patentsteek is, maar dat is het niet. Deze steek is veel makkelijker.

The shawl is knitted on needle 4 (US 6) and it's 35 x 31 cm. It looks as if it is the brioche stitch, but it isn't. This stitch is much easier to knit.

Afgelopen zaterdag ging ik naar Bici Barista, een plaatselijke koffiezaak. Want mijn nicht Riny uit Spijkenisse ging daar heen met haar dochter Nathalie uit Veldhoven, omdat ze de eigenaren kennen en ze vroegen aan mijn zus Yvon en mij of wij ook wilden komen. Natuurlijk doen we dat dan, want zo vaak zien we elkaar niet. Ik kan je zeggen ... het waren 2 uren vol pret 😁

Last Saturday I went to Bici Barista, a local coffee shop. Because my cousin Riny from Spijkenisse went there with her daughter Nathalie from Veldhoven, because they know the owners and they asked my sister Yvon and me if we also wanted to come. Of course we do that, because we don't see each other that often. I can tell you ... it was 2 hours of fun 😁

Our trip to England to meet granddaughter Lana

Precies 1 maand geleden kwamen wij terug uit Engeland. We waren 10 dagen bij dochter Lindy en haar vriend Kyle geweest om onze kleindochter Lana te ontmoeten die op 13 december 2019 geboren was. Op 8 januari werden we afgezet op vliegveld Eindhoven door mijn petekind Amy. Eerst maar een beker Starbucks voordat we onze koffers gingen afgeven.

Exactly 1 month ago we came back from England. We had been with daughter Lindy and her friend Kyle for 10 days to meet our granddaughter Lana, who was born on December 13, 2019. On January 8 we were dropped off at Eindhoven airport by my godchild Amy. First a cup of Starbucks before we handed over our bags.

Nadat we onze koffers hadden ingecheckt, liepen we alleen met onze handbagage door naar de douane, om vandaar richting vliegtuig te gaan. We vlogen met Ryanair.

After we checked in our suitcases, we only walked through with our hand luggage to the customs, from there to go to the plane. We flew with Ryanair.

Na  75 min. stonden we op vliegveld Manchester te wachten tot we onze koffers konden pakken. Het vliegen zelf duurt maar 45 minuten. Net genoeg om een paar naalden te breien 😃. Daarna liepen we door naar het treinstation waar we wat aten en waar we de trein namen naar Doncaster waar Lindy woont.

After 75 minutes we were waiting at Manchester airport until we could take our bags. The flight itself takes only 45 minutes. Just enough to knit a few needles 😃. Then we walked on to the train station where we ate something and where we took the train to Doncaster where Lindy lives.

En toen was het moment daar, mijn eerste ontmoeting met mijn kleindochter Lana. Zo'n kleine handjes, zo'n kleine voetjes, ze woog tenslotte maar 2468 gram bij de geboorte en ze was 42 cm. Het was liefde op het eerste gezicht 💖.

And then the moment arrived, my first meeting with my granddaughter Lana. Such small hands, such small feet, after all she only weighed 2468 grams at birth and she was 42 cm. It was love at first sight 💖.

Het is zo bijzonder om je dochter te zien die nu zelf een dochter heeft.

It is so special to see your daughter who now has her own daughter.

Er werden gedurende de 10 dagen dat we daar waren veel flesjes voeding gegeven door oma

En er werd door ons ook veel geknuffeld en kusjes gegeven.

And we also gave a lot of hugs and kisses.

Ja het was enorm genieten van deze kleine meid.

Yes it was great enjoyment of this little girl.

Natuurlijk gingen we ook vaak een frisse neus halen en oma mocht achter de kinderwagen lopen 😀.

Of course we often went for a walk and grandma was allowed to walk behind the pram 😀.

Dat wandelen moest ook wel, want er werd genoeg lekkers gegeten dat niet altijd even gezond was, zoals mince pies

That walking was also necessary, because there was enough good food  that was not always healthy, like mince pies

en dan maar wat extra donuts meenemen voor 's avonds bij een film.

Een middag gingen Lindy en ik samen naar Floristry van Lord Hurst, een theezaak waar je heerlijk kon lunchen of er een high tea kon bestellen.

One afternoon, Lindy and I went to Floristry by Lord Hurst, a tea room where you could have a delicious lunch or order an afternoon tea.

Ik had namelijk met mijn verjaardag een cadeaubon gekregen voor een high tea van petekind Amy en ik kan zeggen dat ik genoten heb van mijn verjaardagscadeau, het was allemaal heerlijk.

With my birthday I had received a gift voucher for a afternoon tea from godchild Amy and I can say that I enjoyed my birthday gift, it was all delicious.

Ook had ik de I-Spy quilt meegenomen die ik voor Lana had gemaakt. Ik had hem wat groter gemaakt (130 cm x 150cm) zodat ze er ook plezier van heeft als ze een jaar of 4 / 5 is.

I also brought the I-Spy quilt with me that I made for Lana. I had made it a bit larger (130 cm x 150 cm) so that she would also enjoy it when she is around 4/5.

Voor we weer naar huis gingen, moesten er nog wat familie foto's gemaakt worden.

We kregen ook een heerlijk pakket met Yorkshire produkten mee naar huis van hen.

We also received a wonderfully package of Yorskhire products from them,  to take home with us.

Had ik zelf ook nog iets gekocht? Natuurlijk wel, want onze grote koffers moesten wel gevuld mee naar huis 😅. Als eerste een super grote doos Yorkshire thee, want die is me toch lekker. Ook nam ik een paar (kleine) doosjes Yorkshire thee met biscuit smaak mee om uit te proberen en ik kan niet anders zeggen dat ik die ook geweldig vind.

Had I bought something myself? Of course I did, because our large suitcases had to be taken home filled 😅. First a super large box of Yorkshire tea, because it is delicious. I also bought a couple of (small) boxes of Yorkshire tea with a biscuit flavor to try and now that I tried it, I can say that this one is also very delicious.

Verder vond ik nog 2 mooie Beatrix Potter mokken, een met Peter Rabbit en de ander met Flopsy erop. In een andere winkel kwam ik de 'Some bunny love you' mok tegen.

I also found 2 beautiful Beatrix Potter mugs, one with Peter Rabbit and the other with Flopsy on it. In another store I came across the 'Some bunny loves you' mug.

En dan natuurlijk boeken 📚 Bij het zien van de titels, moesten er een aantal mee naar huis. Zeker gezien de prijs, vele waren afgeprijst. Ik geloof dat ik voor deze 10 boeken in totaal maar iets van 22 pond kwijt was. Verder was het even gokken hoe zwaar ze waren, maar anders had ik er een paar bij Lindy gelaten om de volgende keer mee terug te nemen. Ook kwam ik nog deze kaars tegen met een gingerbread geur in de opruiming, ook die moest mee.

And then of course books 📚 Seeing the titles, some had to go home with me. Certainly considering the price, many were discounted. I believe that I just pay only 22 pounds in total for these 10 books. Furthermore, it was hard to guess how heavy they were, but otherwise I would have left a few with Lindy and I could take them home with me the next time we visit. I also came across this candle with a gingerbread scent in the clearance sale, it too had to come with me.

Als laatste bracht ik nog een bezoek aan Knit & Stitch, een klein winkeltje dat wat stof verkocht maar ook mooie garens. 

 Finally I visited Knit & Stitch, a small shop that sold some fabric but also beautiful yarns.

 

Ik had op verschillende podcast filmpjes van Engelse breisters, de West Yorkshire Spinners sokkengarens gezien in de kerst kleuren Roodborstje - Robin (helemaal vooraan) en Feeën Lichtjes -  Fairy Lights (helemaal rechts) en die vond ik echt mooi. Ik vond ze in deze winkel.  Verder had ze ook het sokkengaren van King Cole - Zig Zag en daarvan nam ik ook 2 bollen mee.

In een andere winkel vond ik nog een leuke onderzetter met de tekst: Nog maar één rij.

I had seen on several podcast of English knitters, the West Yorkshire Spinners sock yarns in the Christmas colors Robin (at the front) and Fairy Lights (at the right) and I thought that was really beautiful. I found them in this store. Furthermore, she also had King Cole - Zig Zag sock yarn and I also brought 2 balls of it.
In another store I found a nice coaster with the text: Just one more row.

En voor je het weet zijn er 10 dagen om en vlieg je weer terug naar huis met een koffer die 19,7 kilo weegt ! Die van Michiel woog 18.7.

 And before you know it,  10 days are past and you fly back home. with a suitcase that weighs 19.7 kilos! Michiel's suitcase weighed 18.7

Gelukkig stuurt Lindy heel vaak foto's door, want je wilt wel op de hoogte blijven. Even op de koffie gaan is er natuurlijk niet bij, maar we skypen regelmatig en dan zie ik haar en Lana toch van dichtbij.

Fortunately, Lindy often sends photos, because you want to stay in touch. Going for a quick visit is of course not possible, but we skype regularly and then I see her and Lana up close.

Toen ze 8 weken was, kreeg ik deze foto.

When she was 8 weeks old, I got this photo.

 Op 13 februari was ze 2 maanden.

On February 13 she was 2 months.

De dag erna kreeg ze haar eerste 3 injecties. Lindy vertelde dat Lana flink had moeten huilen, maar gelukkig kon ze een tijdje erna ook weer lachen.

The next day she received her first 3 injections. Lindy said that Lana should have been crying a lot, but luckily she could laugh again a while later.

En gisteren kreeg ik deze mooie foto. Je ziet haar gewoon van week tot week groeien. Dankzij skype en whats app hoef ik op deze manier niet al teveel te missen en de volgende keer als ik haar weer zie, ga ik gewoon weer verder met knuffelen waar ik gebleven was.

And yesterday I received this beautiful photo. You just see her grow from week to week. Thanks to skype and whats app I don't have to miss too much this way and next time when I see her again, I'll just continue to cuddle where I left off.
