Halloween Candy

On the Wednesday quiltbee the ladies wanted to try out foundation paper piecing and someone came to explain that. I always do this technique on the sewing machine, but for this afternoon I would also put a block together by hand.

Vraag me alsjeblieft niet waarom 😀

In 2012 there was a Halloween Bloghop, organized by Soma of Whims and Fancies (click), and every day in October you could download a block on someone's blog. I then made 17 of the 31 blocks and then I quit. Please don't ask me why 😀

I had all the blocks saved in 2012 and on the quiltbee I would start with the block Halloween Candy. This was a design by Kimi Matsuzaki, unfortunately she does not have a blog anymore. I finished it at home and immediately I wanted to make more.

Unfortunately, not all blocks can be downloaded anymore, but from the ones that are still available, I will add the link. These are the blocks that I have already made in 2012:

I love your Halloween colours.
I have tried foundation paper piecing by machine but not by hand. Maybe I will add this to my 'To do' list.
