Ik heb me voorgenomen om elke maand zeker 1 kerstornamentje te borduren zodat in december onze yuleboom NOG voller hangt. Aangezien het eerste ornamentje van de nieuwe serie van Little House Needleworks nog niet aangekomen is, heb ik gekozen voor een patroon uit de Just Cross Stitch kerstuitgave 2010. Het is het kerst roodborstje geworden, een design van The Victorian Sampler (Cathy Jean).

Die is prachtig geworden en de besjes zijn zo ook echt besjes.

Wat een leukerdje, Carin! Ik vind het wel helemaal knap dat je (nu nog steeds) zin hebt in kerstdingen! Maar je hebt gelijk, elke maand eentje en je hebt er toch maar weer 12 bij (ik kan tellen, goed hè LOL)

Wat een prachtig roodborstje. Het lijkt mij ook een heel goed idee om iedere maand iets te maken voor december, want als het op het laatste moment moet dan komt het er vaak niet van. Straks eerst even het pentagram van de Celtic BOM maken. Alles ligt klaar.
Wat een liefje en die kraaltjes maken het helemaal af. Ik werk nog steeds aan een grote kerstquilt in wording. Als ik daar pas in het najaar weer aan begin dan duurt het nog jaren. Dus net zo als jij elke keer een blok. Groetjes en een fijn weekend!
